I have been using this product for over 6 months but didn't want to do a review immediately as I wanted to see the actual results. Now I can honestly say - IT WORKS! (and tastes good, too ;D) Over 6 months, I jumped from 25 ng/ml to 115 ng/ml Vit D! I was using large doses - the full pipette almost daily - but the results were more than satisfactory.

Nothing wrong with the ingredients but capsules too big and I gag on them. Not all our gullets are the same size. This torpedo shape is not as easy to swallow as the caplets that are more of an eliptical shape. In trying to swallow with a large amount of water I can't help but sense the unpleasant taste of the capsule material.
