On Boxing Day, lay out a glorious cold spread featuring soft, rich and buttery Ogleshield, sensational Long Clawston Stilton, game and red wine salami, cured venison carpaccio and two of our famous pâtés: partridge, pear and gin, and venison, juniper and gin.

We’ve also thrown in a selection of outstanding festive chutneys. On top of that you’ll have two more magnificent roasts to enjoy over the festive season: our boned and rolled heritage rib roast and a generous whole muntjac leg. They’re simple to cook but guaranteed to delight and impress.
