Shipping Policy

Each customer order is made individually and as such takes between 1-3 days before shipping. Should there be any delay in shipping your order, I will contact you to inform you of the expected despatch date. All shipping within the UK is Free

Refund Policy

It is our policy to offer the option of a refund if the following conditions are met. You have fourteen (14) days to return the Artwork to the artist at your own expense, carefully packed and fully insured. Please retain proof of the date of dispatch, which should be with the 14 day period after delivery to you. We will make a refund to you (minus shipping and insurance costs) using the same payment method by which your original payment was made.

If you would like to return an Artwork, please email us on parkhill.artist@gmail.com to request a return authorisation. You will need to state your order number, name, address and a brief reason why you want to return the Artwork.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email containing a confirmation code and the return address. Please print this email and include it with the Artwork when returned. The Artwork has to be returned securely in its original condition and original packaging including our delivery slip.

We will not accept returns for Artworks that have been damaged in transit. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at his/her expense. It will be the customer’s responsibility to make claims from the courier used.

Commissioned or customised Artworks cannot be returned as the Artwork will have been made to your specific requirements.
