The best speciality coffee, ethically sourced, expertly roasted and delivered to you within days of being roasted. That’s one of the ways we can guarantee the best coffee-drinking experience.
And because coffee’s flavours degrade as soon as the bean is ground, we deliver only whole beans. You’ll need a grinder, but buying whole bean means you get to experience coffee at its lip-smacking best.
Choose whether you’re set up for filter or espresso and we’ll send roast styles that are going to taste great with your brew method.
Every roastery we use has been given the seal of approval as one of the best in the UK and Ireland by the Independent Coffee Guide’s committee of coffee experts.
You’ll also get a copy of Brew, the exclusive journal of the Indy Coffee Box, packed full of features and tasting notes for the speciality coffees curated for you each month.

Shipping Policy
Our coffee is roasted fresh to order and shipped mid and end of the month.
Refund Policy
Coffee will be delivered by Royal Mail to addresses only within the UK and proof of delivery is only obtained under some circumstances. Deliveries run on a regular schedule. Your delivery schedule is visible to you in the customer account on the website. Actual delivery times can vary based on your location, and circumstances affecting delivery that are out of our control including coffee supply, public holidays and force majeure scenarios. You will not hold us liable for any delays that are out of our control. You must report missing or undelivered deliveries promptly by emailing us at beans@indycoffeebox.co.uk Please ensure that your address and contact details are kept up to date as referred to in the Account Registration and Management section of these terms of service.
If you’re not satisfied with the products you receive from Independent Coffee Box and wish to return any product to us please use the following steps:
· Email us at beans@indycoffeebox.co.uk from the email address associated with your customer account. Please include details of the product that you wish to return and your reason for returning the product. Please do this within 7 working days of receipt of the product from us.
· If we require the products to be returned to us, we will communicate this to you. Please take reasonable care of the products whilst they are in your possession prior to any return. We will inspect the products upon their arrival back to us.
· We may request further information from you regarding the product’s return.
· If a fault is agreed on our part, and/or refund agreed, we will aim to refund you within 10 business days or as soon as is practicable. The refund will cover the cost of the products being returned.
For deliveries which have subsequently been returned to us due to either:
· Non-collection from the post office
· Customer delivery address entered incorrectly
The delivery can be refunded or re-sent, however, a £2.50 contribution towards administration and or re-postage may be deducted from your refund.

Returns can be accepted in line with UK distance selling regulations. Some of Buy Britain’s sellers offer longer returns periods – check on the “Shipping” tab for further details.
You should notify the seller using the “My Account” page on Buy Britain within 14 days of receiving the item(s), and you then have 14 days to return it/them to the seller within 14 days.
Any item(s) you wish to return must be unopened and unused, in the same condition as delivered to you.
The only exceptions to this are those items that come with hygiene or sanitary seals (for example face masks, underwear, earrings, piercings, etc.), where the sanitary/hygiene seal must be present and unbroken for a refund to be considered.
Any postage paid separately will not be refunded and, unless specified by the seller, you will be responsible for any return postage and packaging.
Once the seller has received the item, they should provide a refund within 14 days.
