Description
These handmade cross drop earrings are sterling silver and feature either blue Hematite or black Agate semi-precious beads. Each sterling silver cross is made by making two squashed circles, then soldering them together. The cross is then flattened with a hammer to harden the shape and to give a rustic finish. Each earring is then finished with a hand wrapped bead looped onto the bottom of the cross, with a double twist to secure. Lastly, the ear wires are connected to the earring with a loop to enable them to move freely.
Hematite semi-precious stone is thought to help absorb negative energy and calms in times of stress or worry. It is also a protective stone that helps the wearer stay grounded.
Agate gemstone is thought to enhance mental function, help with concentration, reduces anger and also the symptoms of anxiety.
Measurements:
Each natural gemstone Hematite or Agate bead is 6 mm.
The sterling silver earring and handmade ear hooks are made with 0.8mm wire.
Ear hook drop is 1.6 cm
Total earring length is 4.2 cm
