Your sample may come in 6mm or 9mm. Depending on stock at time of ordering.
Please Note – Most of our mirrors are made using 6mm, however some of them are made using 9mm. Some of our mirrors currently only have three colour choices.

As all mirrors are handmade to order, our delivery time scale is around 2 weeks up to 4 weeks from date of purchase. Bespoke and custom mirrors may be longer than this (a more definitive time scale will be given to you before any bespoke/custom mirror is made)
All prices include standard UK mainland delivery only.
We will try our best to arrange delivery at a convinient day to suit you.
Depending on the size and weight of your mirror will depend if we use a 24/48hr courier or a dedicated fragile courier for your mirror. If a dedicated fragile courier is delivering your mirror, please allow up to 5 working days for you to receive your mirror once it has been dispatched.
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging or in suitable replacement packaging
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value - Please Note, If the mirror arrives back to us and is damaged we can not accept your return and will be unable to refund you. We advise you (the customer) to take out insurance with the delivery company to cover damage when sending a mirror back to us.
To start a return, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone first. If your return is accepted, we will tell you how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your mirror has arrived damaged, we will require pictures. We will then offer you a refund or to replace the mirror
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, bespoke/custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Bespoke/custom mirrors can not be returned
Delivery may be restricted to specific postcodes. To find out if delivery is available to your address, please click the pencil icon above and enter your full postcode. If you have already entered your postcode and no rates are shown, the seller does not currently deliver to your address.

Returns can be accepted in line with UK distance selling regulations. Some of Buy Britain’s sellers offer longer returns periods – check on the “Shipping” tab for further details.
You should notify the seller using the “My Account” page on Buy Britain within 14 days of receiving the item(s), and you then have 14 days to return it/them to the seller within 14 days.
Any item(s) you wish to return must be unopened and unused, in the same condition as delivered to you.
The only exceptions to this are those items that come with hygiene or sanitary seals (for example face masks, underwear, earrings, piercings, etc.), where the sanitary/hygiene seal must be present and unbroken for a refund to be considered.
Any postage paid separately will not be refunded and, unless specified by the seller, you will be responsible for any return postage and packaging.
Once the seller has received the item, they should provide a refund within 14 days.
