    As I have only started to use these supplements I am unable to say that they work. However so far no ill effects. Love the packaging. I do think that the shipping needs to tighten its self. 3 days to get the item out the door is too long. Hopefully in a week or so I will be able to report back that my joints are feeling a lot better. Gary
