Our largest Oxford oval platinum signet ring is quite the showstopper and ideal for larger coats of arms or family mottos. It measures in at 20 x 16mm with a 3mm deep head, which is ideal for all types of engraving – including deep seal. Signet rings make the perfect timeless gift, designed to be passed on through generations. You can personalise your ring with our hand engraving service – our team can help you create a bespoke design. As all our signet rings are made to order, please allow four weeks for delivery. If engraving is required, it’ll take an extra two weeks for initials and an extra four weeks for seal engraving.

We really hope that you’ll love your purchase, but if you want to return your item, we have a 28-day returns policy. This means you have 28 days after receiving your item to return your purchase for an exchange or full refund.

To request a return, simply email email@example.com with your order number, contact details, reason for returning the item(s) and we’ll provide you with the return address.
Your item(s) must be returned in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging - damaged, broken or altered items (including re-sizing) will not be accepted for a refund. If the tags are removed, you won’t be able to return the item(s) for a refund, however you may exchange the item(s), as long as they’re in the same condition you received them. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note, certain types of items cannot be returned – for example, any new made-to-order signet ring, and any custom products, such as special orders or personalised items. Damaged, broken or altered items (including re-sizing) will not be accepted for a refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
You’ll need to make sure the return postage is secure and insured for the value of the jewellery. We cannot be held responsible for missing returned goods, or the cost of the return postage.
All items are inspected on return, if an item(s) is returned damaged, this may result in only a partial or no refund.
In the very rare situation of damaged or faulty goods, due to a fault or error on our part, we will refund your return postage. The item(s) will be inspected first to access the cause of the damage.

Returns can be accepted in line with UK distance selling regulations. Some of Buy Britain’s sellers offer longer returns periods – check on the “Shipping” tab for further details.
You should notify the seller using the “My Account” page on Buy Britain within 14 days of receiving the item(s), and you then have 14 days to return it/them to the seller within 14 days.
Any item(s) you wish to return must be unopened and unused, in the same condition as delivered to you.
The only exceptions to this are those items that come with hygiene or sanitary seals (for example face masks, underwear, earrings, piercings, etc.), where the sanitary/hygiene seal must be present and unbroken for a refund to be considered.
Any postage paid separately will not be refunded and, unless specified by the seller, you will be responsible for any return postage and packaging.
Once the seller has received the item, they should provide a refund within 14 days.
