This listing is for a Christmas Poster, completely customised with family name and personalised words (suggest around 6 words) If you require alternative colours or anything different please send me a message, I might be able to help! It will fit into frames generally available from supermarkets or online.
NO FRAME SUPPLIED, photo is for mockup only.
All Iris Occasions prints are handmade by me, I do not use any automated software to create the word arts for me. I pride myself on creating special prints that have been carefully thought through so please be aware that I may contact you if I need any extra wording etc.

How it works
1. Purchase this poster through Buy Britain.
2. At checkout include the following information in notes to seller:
• Family name
• About 6 words if you would like different to example.
3. Around 2-3 days after ordering I will send you an example of the design for you to check over before printing. Please look out for this message, as it won’t be printed until you confirm that you’re happy! Two lots of changes are included in this price, any more will be chargeable.
4. THIS LISTING IS FOR A DIGITAL VERSION – You will be emailed a pdf file for printing. The smaller PDF files are set so as to make it easy to print them from most standard desktop printers. You will also be supplied with a print-ready PDF that you can send to any printing company, to get the poster printed for you. You are responsible for the printing of your poster. No refunds will be given for printing issues.
Turnaround: initial files are prepared & sent to you within 3 working days of receiving payment and text needed to set up the PDFs.
All digital files are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You are not permitted to share, sell or distribute the files or any part of the images.

You should notify the seller using the “My Account” page on Buy Britain within 14 days of receiving the item(s), and you then have 14 days to return it/them to the seller within 14 days.
Any item(s) you wish to return must be unopened and unused, in the same condition as delivered to you.
The only exceptions to this are those items that come with hygiene or sanitary seals (for example face masks, underwear, earrings, piercings, etc.), where the sanitary/hygiene seal must be present and unbroken for a refund to be considered.
Any postage paid separately will not be refunded and, unless specified by the seller, you will be responsible for any return postage and packaging.
Once the seller has received the item, they should provide a refund within 14 days.
