When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hours period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. For garments that are made to order, it will take 10-15 business days before the piece(s) can be despatched.
Customers are not expected to sign for goods at present, and our delivery partners can also accommodate contactless delivery if preferred. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas of the United Kingdom and Europe there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.

You may return your items to us using your own shipper. If you do, please inform us within 14 days of delivery. We recommend that you ensure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send.
Goods must be postmarked as sent within 7 days of requesting a refund or you will be issued a store credit.
Items must be returned in their original condition with all garment tags attached in the branded packaging provided. This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
Where provided, belts, detachable collars, buttons bags attached to the garment and any packaging such as instructions, tags should be included with your return.
Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country, otherwise we will not be able to process them and refund the purchase.
Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
Import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the receiver.
If you refuse a shipment from Moda de la Maria, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Moda de la Maria. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Moda de la Maria is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will receive a refund on the cost at purchase price minus original shipping cost directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once processed.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible.
Please note the responsibility of the return of goods is yours and ownership does not pass to Moda de la Maria until the goods are received. Any customs charges and duties imposed on the returns will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Note: The garments are made to order they can be altered but non-refundable. And the garment should not warn. For more than once alteration would be on customer charges and that would depend on what they like to do.

Returns can be accepted in line with UK distance selling regulations. Some of Buy Britain’s sellers offer longer returns periods – check on the “Shipping” tab for further details.
You should notify the seller using the “My Account” page on Buy Britain within 14 days of receiving the item(s), and you then have 14 days to return it/them to the seller within 14 days.
Any item(s) you wish to return must be unopened and unused, in the same condition as delivered to you.
The only exceptions to this are those items that come with hygiene or sanitary seals (for example face masks, underwear, earrings, piercings, etc.), where the sanitary/hygiene seal must be present and unbroken for a refund to be considered.
Any postage paid separately will not be refunded and, unless specified by the seller, you will be responsible for any return postage and packaging.
Once the seller has received the item, they should provide a refund within 14 days.
