A Country & Cove Monthly Reed Diffuser Subscription Box is the perfect gift, for you, a friend or a member of your family!

Every month, you (or a recipient of your choice) will receive a luxurious 100ml reed diffuser, hand poured in our North Yorkshire studio.

This is a recurring reed diffuser subscription giving you the full benefit of our entire range without having to log-in and fiddle with settings. Your credit/debit card will be automatically charged on the same day each month unless cancelled.

All subscription boxes are shipped in the 1st week of each month. If you place your order in the middle of the month, please allow a week or two for your first box to arrive.

What’s in a reed diffuser subscription box?

Every month, the recipient will receive a reed diffuser from one of our collections. There will be a fresh new scent each month and we’ll include a SURPRISE SAMPLE of a bath & body or homeware product, exclusive to Country & Cove subscribers! This could be a luxury handmade soap, a hand lotion sample or something that has been handmade by one of our friends little businesses!

Your card will be charged on the 1st of each month. If you place your order after the 1st of this month, we will take payment next month and dispatch your order with our next batch of subscription boxes.

  • We will ship your reed diffuser around the 1st of each month, every month, until cancelled.
  • FREE UK Delivery with every subscription box
  • Your subscription will not expire. You will need to cancel in your dashboard by logging in or contact us, so a member of our team can cancel future subscriptions.
  • You cannot use discount codes on subscription boxes.
  • Cancellations – just contact us. A member of our team can cancel your subscription at any time but you will only be refunded for the outstanding value of the subscription. We cannot offer refunds for subscription boxes that have already been dispatched.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped in 1 to 3 working days via Royal Mail, DPD or Hermes dependent on the size and value of your order.

 

Refund Policy

30 day refund and return policy. Return any item to us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund or replace as soon as we can. We cannot accept any returns or refunds after 30 days.

Returns can be accepted in line with UK distance selling regulations. Some of Buy Britain’s sellers offer longer returns periods – check on the “Shipping” tab for further details.

You should notify the seller using the “My Account” page on Buy Britain within 14 days of receiving the item(s), and you then have 14 days to return it/them to the seller within 14 days.  

Any item(s) you wish to return must be unopened and unused, in the same condition as delivered to you. 

The only exceptions to this are those items that come with hygiene or sanitary seals (for example face masks, underwear, earrings, piercings, etc.), where the sanitary/hygiene seal must be present and unbroken for a refund to be considered.

Any postage paid separately will not be refunded and, unless specified by the seller, you will be responsible for any return postage and packaging.

Once the seller has received the item, they should provide a refund within 14 days.
