– Salted Caramel (milk chocolate truffle flavoured with homemade caramel and Halen Mon sea salt)

– Welsh Coffee (dark chocolate truffle flavoured with aromatic coffee – dragon roasted in Wales)

– Welsh Honey (white chocolate ganache [in a dark chocolate shell] flavoured with locally produced honey)

– Blackberry Brandy (dark chocolate truffle flavoured with homemade Blackberry Brandy – from blackberries grown on my farm)

– Merlyn (white chocolate truffle flavoured with Penderyn’s whisky/cream Merlyn liqueur [a bit like Bailey’s – but better!])
