Description
How to size your gloves:
- Find a tape measure – dress makers tape is the best, but string and a ruler works too
- Measure around the widest part of your hand (excluding your thumb)
- The resulting, in inches, is your glove size (it’s normally between 6 & 9 inches)
Touchscreen Friendly:
We now make all our Cashmere and Merino Wool gloves with an optional touchscreen capability. We have done this by hand embroidering little stars in pure silver coated thread onto the thumb and forefinger to provide the all important conductivity between you and your screen. Will this allow you to type out the complete works of Shakespeare while wearing your gloves? It may take a while. Will it allow you to make calls, take calls and play your favourite podcast? Absolutely.
How are the gloves presented?
All orders are delivered in our presentation box which is, like our gloves, built to last. For us, it’s about the product, not the packaging, but when we designed our box we made sure it was beautiful and we chose the colour, ‘light cockpit green’ to symbolise a style that endures. If the gloves are a gift for somebody special, we’ll be happy to include a handwritten note – just let us know in the order notes section during checkout.

How long does shipping take?
For our UK orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 - a next day service. We offer this service for free.
How long does it take you to make gloves?
Most of our gloves are made to order and we do our best to make them within two working days of receiving the order and then having them on their way to you. If there are likely to be any significant delays we will be sure to be in touch.

We operate a no quibble returns policy. Simply get in touch with us, tell us your problem and we will do our best to get it sorted out.

Returns can be accepted in line with UK distance selling regulations. Some of Buy Britain’s sellers offer longer returns periods – check on the “Shipping” tab for further details.
You should notify the seller using the “My Account” page on Buy Britain within 14 days of receiving the item(s), and you then have 14 days to return it/them to the seller within 14 days.
Any item(s) you wish to return must be unopened and unused, in the same condition as delivered to you.
The only exceptions to this are those items that come with hygiene or sanitary seals (for example face masks, underwear, earrings, piercings, etc.), where the sanitary/hygiene seal must be present and unbroken for a refund to be considered.
Any postage paid separately will not be refunded and, unless specified by the seller, you will be responsible for any return postage and packaging.
Once the seller has received the item, they should provide a refund within 14 days.
