Description
The Vintlux HX26 is a high quality and extremely hard wearing lampshade made of hand-spun steel. Its glossy enamel finish makes it an easy to clean, practical and timeless option. The HX26 is a beautiful and robust shade allowing a smooth, flat field of light for all spaces like living room, work and dining areas.
Developed in Britain in 1926, these shades were efficiently designed for use in British cotton and woollen mills. This robust shade was also popular among garment factories where they were hung over cutting tables, engineering workshops and in many other trades where large work tables were being used.

Refund Policy
Every product we sell is of the best quality and has been inspected for both quality and safety. Sometimes, however, items are damaged during delivery (in this case please retain the outer packaging) or unacceptable in some other way and we will make every effort to rectify that situation.
When you receive your goods, please check them immediately. Any transport damage must be notified to us within 5 working days of receipt of your order. Claims for damage will not be accepted beyond this time.
We will replace any goods which are defective in workmanship or materials or, at our option, refund the purchase price of those goods.
Goods that are unacceptable for any reason may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Goods returned which are not defective or faulty will be subject to the return shipping costs. Returned goods must be in a saleable condition to receive a refund.

We will refund only the item cost and not the cost of return postage or packaging unless the goods are defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as if the item is lost in transit we won't be able to provide a refund.
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of goods whether defective or otherwise nor for any consequential damages or any costs incurred by the Buyer in connection with the goods or for whatever reason.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected and a refund is approved a credit will automatically be issued, usually to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.
We recommend to return your item with trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If it gets lost, we won't be able to provide any refund.
We don't offer refunds for bespoke products made to customer's specification, this includes chain and flex cut to order.

Returns can be accepted in line with UK distance selling regulations. Some of Buy Britain’s sellers offer longer returns periods – check on the “Shipping” tab for further details.
You should notify the seller using the “My Account” page on Buy Britain within 14 days of receiving the item(s), and you then have 14 days to return it/them to the seller within 14 days.
Any item(s) you wish to return must be unopened and unused, in the same condition as delivered to you.
The only exceptions to this are those items that come with hygiene or sanitary seals (for example face masks, underwear, earrings, piercings, etc.), where the sanitary/hygiene seal must be present and unbroken for a refund to be considered.
Any postage paid separately will not be refunded and, unless specified by the seller, you will be responsible for any return postage and packaging.
Once the seller has received the item, they should provide a refund within 14 days.
