As we hand paint to order in our Wiltshire workshop, your Jewellery Board can’t be delivered to you straight away and will normally be around 4-7days, but please contact us if you have an urgent deadline and we will see what we can do. To reduce the amount and cost of packaging we dispatch with the hooks for you to screw into the pre drilled holes.
We can supply with Chrome hooks (as the main image) or Brass affect. Smaller 19 mm hooks can also be supplied as an alternative. Just let us know at the time of ordering in the Note section of your order. We will supply 25 mm chrome as our standard.

Some of our smaller items can be shipped within a few days of receipt of order but as many of our products are hand-made and painted to order we aim to update you on dispatch within 1-2 weeks. If it is going to be longer than this we will contact you and let you know.
We hope you will love your Ella’s Kitchen Company purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or are not entirely satisfied, provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt and return it to us within 14 days of receipt unused and in its original packaging and in perfect condition, you will be entitled to a refund or exchange. Please ensure that the product is packed and labelled carefully so that it is not damaged or lost in transit as the goods are at your risk until they are returned to us. We recommend using registered post and retaining the proof of postage. Please note that we cannot refund return delivery charges unless the item you received was incorrect, damaged or faulty. If an item is recieved faulty and you have notified us within the correct amount of time, it may be that we ask you to dispose of it. We will not pay for the cost of return unless it is sanctioned by us so please check before returning the goods to us. This does not affect your statutory rights. Returns can be accepted in line with UK distance selling regulations. Some of Buy Britain’s sellers offer longer returns periods – check on the “Shipping” tab for further details.
You should notify the seller using the “My Account” page on Buy Britain within 14 days of receiving the item(s), and you then have 14 days to return it/them to the seller within 14 days.
Any item(s) you wish to return must be unopened and unused, in the same condition as delivered to you.
The only exceptions to this are those items that come with hygiene or sanitary seals (for example face masks, underwear, earrings, piercings, etc.), where the sanitary/hygiene seal must be present and unbroken for a refund to be considered.
Any postage paid separately will not be refunded and, unless specified by the seller, you will be responsible for any return postage and packaging.
Once the seller has received the item, they should provide a refund within 14 days.
