This listing is for 12 Gin & Orange truffles – smooth milk chocolate ganache flavoured with Welsh Brecon Gin & Seville Orange Marmalade, enclosed in a milk chocolate shell   My recipe is classed as a ‘water based ganache’ (… but there’s very little ‘water’ in it – it’s really more of an ‘alcohol based ganache’ – lol) – anyway the absence of cream ensures that you experience the full flavour of the gin, and the orange (instead of getting a mouthful of cream coating your tastebuds).
