This listing is for 12 handmade Espresso Martini truffles – a delicious treat for a coffee connoisseur or cocktail enthusiast – these truffles have been inspired by the world famous cocktail.  A velvety dark chocolate truffle centre blended with top quality Vodka, Kahlua and aromatic coffee, hand-dipped in dark chocolate and finished with a golden coffee bean transfer.  The result is something special – the perfect way to delight dinner party guests; but they taste just as good enjoyed on a quiet night in!

My recipe is classed as a ‘water based ganache’ (… but there’s very little ‘water’ in it – it’s really more of an ‘alcohol based ganache’ – lol) – anyway, the absence of cream ensures that you get the full Espresso Martini experience (these are a delightfully boozy little treat!).  These truffles are made from dark chocolate, with no added cream/milk, and are therefore Vegan friendly (however they may contain traces of allergens, including dairy, so they would NOT be suitable for anybody with an allergy to dairy)
