This energising massage oil is a blend of 100% natural cold pressed grapeseed oil, natural vitamin E, and pure essential oils. It is a lovely light oil which is easily absorbed into the skin leaving your skin feeling soft, moisturised and delicately perfumed.

The stimulating and invigorating aromatherapy blend of rosemary and lemongrass pure essential oils has a fresh lemon citrus/ herbal aroma. As a result, it is refreshing and uplifting to mind and body.

Energising Massage Oil – Active Ingredients and Their Known Benefits

• Grapeseed Oil – a light and highly moisturising oil derived from the seeds of grapes. This oil absorbs very quickly into the pores of the skin, making this an excellent oil for a variety of skin care applications. It is hypo-allergenic, rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids and linoleic acid (omega 6 essential fatty acids). As a result, it helps repair damaged and stressed tissues because it possesses regenerative and restructuring qualities.
• Vitamin E – one of the most powerful antioxidants. As well as having great cell renewal properties, vitamin E also protects and repairs your skin by neutralising the oxidant effect of free radicals, which are the molecules that damage collagen causing skin dryness, fine lines and wrinkles.
• Rosemary Pure Essential Oil – stimulating, reviving and invigorating, this oil is made from the flowering tops and leaves of the herb Rosemary. While easing tired, aching muscles, it is a great pick-me-up, aids memory function, relieves mental fatigue and lethargy and is helpful in relieving headaches and migraines.
• Lemongrass Pure Essential Oil – energising, invigorating and uplifting. In addition, it acts as an effective muscle ease, stress reliever and anti-depressant. Also has natural anti-microbial and antiseptic properties.

Directions: You may either apply the massage oil to your hands first or spray it directly onto the skin. Massage in circular and sweeping movements towards the heart.
