Royal Mail recorded second class postage or Courier.

Orders to UK addresses placed before 12pm Monday – Thursday will be despatched on the same day and delivered the next working day. A signature is required. Orders placed between Friday – Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders will be despatched by either Royal Mail or Courier.
The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands, Scottish Islands or Northern Ireland may take longer than 5 days.

Please note that DSTLD Spirits cannot be held responsible for late/failed deliveries for reasons outside of our control i.e. in the cases of adverse weather conditions. Please note we do not despatch or deliver at weekends or public holidays and are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Age Verification - Our carriers may follow 'Challenge 25' procedures and if they are in doubt the recipient is not of legal age to accept the delivery, then they will return the goods back to our warehouse. Do ensure you have valid identification available to accept deliveries. 


Refund Policy

DSTLD Spirits complies with all UK laws including the distance selling law. All parcels shipped by DSTLD Spirits are quality-checked prior to packing for any damages or defects. No damaged or defective items are sent out to you without prior notification to you, the receiving customer. Every bottle is shipped in a specially designed cardboard box that provides superior protection. DSTLD Spirits use the latest packing materials to protect each item contained within a parcel to ensure full protection during transit. Whilst we endeavour to protect all containers, some product containers are weaker than others and these are prone to leakages and breakages.

In the event of receiving a damaged product, if the product is broken or has leaked, you can refuse to sign for it upon delivery. If you have opened the package, then the following procedure will apply:

1. Provide photographic evidence of all item(s) to info@dstldspirits.com within 2 working days of the goods being delivered according to parcel tracking details.
2. We will either issue you a partial/full refund for the cost of the item depending on the severity of the damage, alternatively we may arrange collection of the damaged item(s) and send out a replacement item(s)

In the event of receiving an incorrect product, the following procedure will apply:

1. Provide photographic evidence of all item(s) to info@dstldspirits.com within 2 working days of the goods being delivered according to parcel tracking details.
2. Should you wish to keep the incorrect item, we will issue you a refund for the difference in the cost of the item ordered and the cost of the item received.
3. Should you wish to receive the correct item, we will arrange a collection for the incorrect item and resend the correct item. In this instance, the collection must be made and received back at our address before we can arrange the resend.

Where goods are simply unwanted and notification is received within 5 days, we will be delighted to offer an exchange to the value of the goods. DSTLD Spirits are not responsible for covering costs of returning the goods. In this instance, please notify us of your intent to return the goods by email to info@dstldspirits.com. Items must be unused and in a perfect resalable condition, accompanied by a valid order reference. Once the 28 day period has passed we have the right to refuse exchanges of any unwanted items.

All returns should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which the items were originally received. If the original packaging has been disposed of or is no longer suitable, goods must be wrapped in appropriate packaging to ensure that the goods arrive with us in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging. We recommend that returns are made via recorded delivery and/ or that proof of postage is obtained, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel. Exchanges will be processed within 3 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Postage charges will be applied for any exchanges; this will be charged at the standard rate. Where the goods have been received as a gift, items may be exchanged for alternative products. Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit/ debit which the purchase was made, within 3 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect against an account, depending on the bank.

Returns can be accepted in line with UK distance selling regulations. Some of Buy Britain’s sellers offer longer returns periods – check on the “Shipping” tab for further details.

You should notify the seller using the “My Account” page on Buy Britain within 14 days of receiving the item(s), and you then have 14 days to return it/them to the seller within 14 days.

Any item(s) you wish to return must be unopened and unused, in the same condition as delivered to you.

The only exceptions to this are those items that come with hygiene or sanitary seals (for example face masks, underwear, earrings, piercings, etc.), where the sanitary/hygiene seal must be present and unbroken for a refund to be considered.

Any postage paid separately will not be refunded and, unless specified by the seller, you will be responsible for any return postage and packaging.

Once the seller has received the item, they should provide a refund within 14 days.
