Add shipping / tracking details to an order

Keep your customers up to date on shipping and tracking details for their orders by following these simple steps.

Go to the Orders section of your dashboard and locate the order you want to update

Click on the order to see the order details.

Within the order details page, locate the `Order Notes’ panel, shown below:

To add a general update, simply write a note and click ‘add note’ with the dropdown menu showing ‘customer note’. The customer will automatically receive an email with the update about their order.

To send the customer a tracking number, click on the tracking number button.

Fill out the details and click ‘add tracking details’. The customer will receive an email notification with the details.
